Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will gladly accept a return and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product within 7 to 10 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Get Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a return authorization number along with return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Include your order number or proof of purchase in the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.


Exchanges

In the case of replacements or exchanges, the new product will be delivered within 8 to 10 days after return approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or Used Food Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, items like tea blends and infusions cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any product made to order or personalized is not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you must follow the return process after receiving the item.
